Donations

The Asheville Community Band is grateful for the support of so many generous community members. Member fees and concert ticket sales help us to cover yearly operating costs including the purchase of new music, gear, music licensing and performing rights organization fees, venue fees, insurance, and many other costs. We also rely on donations to cover these operating costs, as well as to fund our scholarship program for college students and middle and high school students hoping to participate in summer music camp! We believe in the future of music education and strive to enrich the experiences of and train our future music educators.

How to Help

Donations are a great way to showcase yours or your organization’s local involvement in the arts, and commitment to nurturing a love of music in people of all ages. Asheville Community Band provides three engagement levels for individual and/or corporate donors.

We accept donations via cash, check or electronically via Paypal. Please make checks payable to Asheville Community Band and write Scholarships in the memo field.  Envelopes are available at the ticket table at concerts. If you prefer to mail in a donation, you can send it to:
